Private Mendoza Day: El Enemigo Winery and Angélica Cocina Maestra Lunch

The day begins when a private chauffeur collects you at your accommodation and drives you to the two stops on the plan. First comes El Enemigo, the wine project of Alejandro Vigil. You tour the winery, hear how its well-known labels came about and finish with a guided tasting of the wines. The driver then takes you to Angélica Cocina Maestra for lunch. The kitchen cooks author cuisine from local ingredients using fine-dining techniques, and each dish comes with a selected wine from the Catena Zapata family of labels. The visit to the Catena Zapata winery itself is not part of this tour. At the end of the afternoon the same driver returns you to your hotel.
