Margaret RiverA 45-minute private tasting at Cape Mentelle for your own group of friends or family. It takes place in the original Cabernet rammed earth cellar. The tasting is structured and tutored, and it runs from a racy sauvignon blanc and semillon blend to a zinfandel. At least six wines are poured, among them the estate's award-winning cabernet sauvignon, all chosen to reflect the Margaret River region.
