This two-hour, adults-only session at Cape Mentelle opens with a walk through the wine making process, in the vineyard and in the cellar, and what sets these wines apart. The second half is a pairing session in the original Cabernet Cellar. A selection of the estate's wines is matched with local produce, and the tasting shows why some pairings work well and why contrasting ones can work too.
