Porto
The day starts at Rua Mouzinho da Silveira 34, where guests board an air-conditioned 9-seat van. The drive into the Douro Valley takes about 1.5 hours.
Quinta do Laranjo
Brunch is at Quinta do Laranjo, among vineyards and open countryside near Tabuaço. A Porto Tonic comes first, then local dishes with selected white and red wines. The meal ends with a Tawny Port and a traditional regional cake.
Pinhao
In Pinhão, the group boards a boat for a one-hour cruise on the Douro River. The hills close in on both sides and the vine terraces run down to the water, the landscape behind the valley's UNESCO World Heritage status.
Porto
The van returns to Porto in about 1.5 hours. Arrival at the meeting point is expected around 5:30 PM, though traffic or other circumstances can shift the exact time.
