Passel Estate Wine and Chocolate Bonbon Pairing in Margaret River Tasting Room

Single estate Margaret River wines are poured next to chocolate-encased bonbons made to match them. Master Chocolatier Nadia Haskell makes each bonbon exclusively for Passel Estate, choosing spices, textures and flavours to suit the wine beside it. These are not ordinary chocolates. They are sold only in the Passel Estate Tasting Room, as part of the guided wine and food pairing.
