Maipú Afternoon Excursion: Three Wineries and an Olive Mill with Tastings
This afternoon excursion traces how wine culture began in Mendoza. It goes to Maipú, where the winemaking process is explained at three wineries, each with a tasting of its varietals. One stop is an olive mill, for olive oil and preserves. The common thread is the long history of the region's wine and olive growing, its current direction, and its main boutique and artisanal cellars.
