Cape TownA luxury small-group day out of Cape Town, travelling in a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter with bottled water and live commentary. The route covers four award-winning estates, where guests can taste up to 20 premium wines, and adds walks through historic Stellenbosch and Franschhoek. Stops include Tokara, a signature wine and cheese pairing at Fairview, and a pause at the Mandela Monument at Drakenstein Prison. The all-inclusive option adds a gourmet main-course lunch with wine pairing at Delheim, known for its hospitality and heritage wines. Three packages are sold: a Classic Tour with tastings paid at the estates, a Wine Experience with all tastings and the cheese pairing, and an All-Inclusive Gourmet package that adds the Delheim lunch. Children have a separate rate on the gourmet package.

Cape Town
Pickup 08:00 to 08:30 at the Cape Town hotel, in an air-conditioned minibus. Bottled water on board while the guide outlines the day.
Stellenbosch
A 30-minute walk through Stellenbosch, South Africa's second-oldest town, past oak-lined streets and Cape Dutch architecture.
Delaire Graff Estate
1.5 hours at Delaire Graff, called the jewel of the Cape Winelands, tasting premium reds and whites with views over the Banhoek Valley.
Tokara Wine Estate
1 hour at Tokara, on the Helshoogte Pass, tasting Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon with the estate's wine experts.
Delheim
2 hours at family-run Delheim: 6 premium wines, plus an optional main-course lunch in the all-inclusive package. Sample mains: slow roasted lamb shank with Merlot jus, pan-seared line fish with seasonal vegetables, wild mushroom risotto with parmesan (vegetarian).
Fairview Wine and Cheese
1 hour at Fairview: 5 selected wines with artisan cheeses, from creamy brie and camembert to goat's milk specialties.
Groot Drakenstein Prison
A 15-minute photo stop at the prison where Nelson Mandela walked free in 1990.
Franschhoek
A 30-minute guided walk through the French-inspired town of Franschhoek, then free time for boutiques, patisseries and galleries.
Cape Town
Back in Cape Town between 17:30 and 18:00 after up to 20 tastings, with drop-off at the Cape Town accommodation.
