Cape Town
The day starts in Cape Town. The coastline drops behind and the road heads straight for wine country.
Paarl
First wine stop: Paarl, a historic region known for its large granite outcrops. A handpicked wine farm hosts the first tasting of local wines.
Franschhoek
Franschhoek Valley, a French-influenced corner of the winelands set in a mountain amphitheater. A local vineyard pours some of the region's premium wines.
Stellenbosch
Before the final tasting, a Stellenbosch vineyard hosts a sit-down lunch. The menu is built around local flavors, with mountain views from the table.
Stellenbosch
The last handpicked wine farm of the day, in Stellenbosch, closes the tastings with premium pours from this historic region.
Cape Town
The return drive to Cape Town ends the day.
