  1. Bodega Caelum

Caelum is a family project on Route 7, the road from Buenos Aires to the Chilean border, started in 2009. It works with respect for the environment and keeps bottling in family hands. White and red wines are served, along with pistachios. The name comes from a constellation visible only from this hemisphere, the chisel an artist uses, and the winery sees the hands that make the wine as its chisel.

  2. Casarena Bodega y Vinedos

Casarena is built on a century-old cellar in Agrelo and is seen as one of the most accomplished names in the Mendoza wine renaissance. It has kept the heritage of its old vines and added contemporary energy. A young team makes wines that reflect the variety of Luján soils.

  3. Finca Minimal

Lunch is six courses at Finca Minimal, a micro winery in an organic Malbec vineyard from 1905. It makes limited runs of organic and natural premium wines and artisanal goat cheeses, and pairs food with wine in its own way.
