This Kakheti day centers on food and wine made by hand. Sighnaghi's streets and Bodbe Monastery are on the route, and the Caucasus Mountains can be seen from the Sighnaghi wall. The wine part covers the UNESCO-listed Kvevri tradition at the KTW winery, with tastings of 10 local wines, cognac and chacha. Kakhetian dishes and a Churchkhela masterclass round out the program.
