Vakhtang Gorgasali Square, T'bilisi
Vakhtang Gorgasali Square, in front of Restaurant Machakhela, by the "I ♥ Tbilisi" sign. The guide waits there. Arrive 10 minutes before the tour starts.
Badiauri
The first stop is Badiauri, to taste traditional Kakhetian bread and make it.
Signagi
Sighnaghi, City of Love, is known for its round-the-clock wedding palace and its old history. A guide leads the walk along the fortress wall, with views of the Alazani Valley and the snow-capped Caucasus. The wall is nearly the longest after the Great Wall of China.
Bodbe Monastery of St. Nino
The monastery of St. Nino stands in Bodbe village in the Sighnaghi region. Flower beds, bushes, vineyards and a healing spring decorate the grounds, and its history is tied to the adoption of Christianity.
Telavi
The Giant Plane Tree of Telavi is a centuries-old landmark near the city center and a symbol of the town. The area around it has panoramic views of the Alazani Valley, with vineyards and the Caucasus Mountains beyond. It is a popular place for photos and short breaks.
Telavi Wine Cellar
Last stop in a wine cellar, for the wines of the area and chacha (home-made vodka), with an introduction to the old tradition and culture of winemaking. Gombori is a mountain area popular for hiking and nature walks, with panoramic views and rich biodiversity.
