There the vineyards stretch as far as the eye can see, the grape varieties used in Margaux wines are explained, and wine experts talk through production and winemaking techniques. The route then passes the famous Château Margaux for a photo, before the second guided visit at a 5th Grand Cru Classé château. Its history and architecture are part of the visit, along with a tasting of its wines. The group is small, and the guide takes questions on the art of wine along the way.
