Full-Day Médoc and Saint-Émilion Wine Tour from Bordeaux: 3 Châteaux and Picnic Lunch
This Bordeaux Super Saver covers both banks in one day: the Médoc and Saint-Émilion. An expert guide leads the way to classified growth châteaux and family-run wine estates, with guided visits of the vineyards, vat rooms and cellars, each followed by a tasting. Along the way come lessons on Bordeaux wine, winemaking and how to taste properly. The day runs to this timetable: 1. 10:00am: visit of a Classified Growth 1855 château in the Médoc. 2. 12:30pm: presentation and tasting at a Classified Growth château in Saint-Émilion. 3. 1:15pm: picnic lunch at the same château. 4. 2:00pm: visit and tasting at a family-run winery. 5. 3:15pm: visit of the village of Saint-Émilion. 6. 5:30pm: back in Bordeaux. The picnic lunch is included. Tell the operator about any food allergies or special requirements in advance, as no alternatives are available on the day of the tour.
