Emiliana Organic Vineyards
Emiliana is Chile's largest organic winery. The visit covers organic and biodynamic viticulture, the vineyards and their sustainable practices, then a guided tasting and pairing of 4 award-winning wines.
Casa Del Molle
A family-owned boutique winery that makes around 3,000 bottles a year by small-batch, artisanal methods. A guided tour of the property, with native vegetation and farm animals, ends with a tasting of 2 handcrafted wines and a pairing board.
Bodegas RE
A boutique winery known for unusual blends and innovative techniques. The visit includes its underground cellar and a guided tasting of 2 wines with a pairing board.
Casas del Bosque
Lunch at Tanino Restaurant, inside Casas del Bosque Winery, with garden and vineyard views. The menu uses fresh local ingredients and is designed to pair with the winery's award-winning wines. Tanino is recognized as one of the world's top vineyard restaurants.
