First stop is Yarra Valley Dairy, a historic dairy making fresh cow and goat cheeses on site. A glass of wine or a coffee can be bought to go with the tasting.
Domaine Chandon
Domaine Chandon Australia for sparkling wine, with panoramic views. Oysters or a cheese platter from the lounge menu are available at your own expense.
Yering Station
More wine at Yering Station, Victoria's first vineyard. The cool-climate tasting includes the signature Shiraz Viognier, in historic surroundings.

Chocolate samples at the Yarra Valley Chocolaterie. Locally infused ice cream and other treats are on sale.
