Waiheke Island Premium Wine Tour from Auckland: Max 11 Guests, 3 Boutique Vineyards
Ratings collected by Viator and Tripadvisor
Waiheke IslandThe group is capped at 11 guests. The day combines a commentated scenic drive with premium tastings at three of Waiheke's boutique vineyards. It starts with the ferry from Auckland. Line up by 8.30am for the Fullers 0900 sailing, and look for your name on the black welcome board or wait at the I-Site information booth in the ferry terminal by 1000. The ferry's washrooms are the better choice, since the terminal often has long queues. The drive comes first, with commentary on the sights, and the three vineyards follow. Lunch is not included. In the busy summer months, book your own: Mudbrick Archive at 2pm, or Oyster Inn, Fenice or Vino Vino at 2.15pm. Cafes and eateries in the seaside village of Oneroa are the other option. Transfers back to the ferry terminal leave at 3.45pm. Guests can also stay longer on the island and make their own way back to the ferry.
