This is the operator's most popular tour. Ananda Tours is a family-owned Waiheke company that has been showing the island for over 25 years. Its close ties with local producers and its knowledgeable guides are what shape the day. The itinerary varies slightly in June, July and August.

Catch the 9am Fullers ferry from Downtown Auckland. The guide meets the ferry on Waiheke Island with a signboard. To arrange an accommodation pickup on the island, contact Ananda Tours on +6493727530 at least 48 hours before.

Learn how olive oil is made and taste several, among them the peppery Greek-style Koroneiki, the Spanish-style Picual, the Tuscan-style Frantoio and island blends.
Waiheke Island
A Spanish-influenced vineyard with Gaudi-inspired mosaic artists. Local wine comes with tapas-style morsels of food, and lunch is served family-style. Subject to availability; an alternative vineyard may replace it.
The Heke Brewery & Distillery
The last stop is The Heke. Choose a tasting of small-batch craft whisky, or a glass of local wine in a laidback setting.
