SantiagoViña Cousiño Macul is a boutique winery in the middle of Santiago, and one of the oldest vineyards in Chile. More than 150 years in business have taught the team that small, friendly groups make for a better visit, and the tours are run that way every day. The guides focus on two things: the history of the Cousiño family and the winemaking process. The tour is in English, walks through the premium vines and the historical cellars, and ends with three of the winery's highest quality wines.
