Uncork the Hunter by Two Fat Blokes: Cheese and Wine Masterclass, Mystery Wine Experiences

Two Fat Blokes built this full-day Hunter Valley winery tour over more than ten years of guest feedback, and it keeps changing with it. There is no fixed formula. The team keeps researching, and as long as guests rate a winery well, the day may include boutique, new, large, small, old or unusual ones. The aim is wine encounters that a walk-in taster does not get. Cheese and chocolate pairings are part of the day, but the tour goes further: some of the Hunter's best wineries worked with the operator on mystery experiences made for its guests. They are designed to build wine knowledge, to involve guests in the process and to show what sets Hunter Valley wine apart. The day ends at Hunter Beer Co with a brewery tour and a couple of cold craft beers, or wine or cider if you prefer.
