This tasting pairs its wines with artisan chocolate made locally in the valley. Which wine goes best with white chocolate? Can dry reds work with chocolate at all? The session answers both. A wine educator or guide gives an introduction in a private seated area. Guests taste 5 wines with 5 matching chocolates, use a tasting mat, and take home the wine experience guide.
