Hunter ValleyA member of staff guides a seated tasting of 8 award-winning boutique wines, all grown in the estate vineyard and made on site in its winery. The tasting takes place on the deck overlooking the vines, with local cheeses, homemade terrine, boutique salami and seasonal estate-made condiments, served with bread from local bakers. Estate-grown olive products and local olive oils are also on the tasting list, alongside seasonal jams, sauces and relishes grown and made on site.
