This full-day trip from Florence covers three places with round-trip transport and an expert English-speaking guide. In Siena, the walk crosses medieval streets to Piazza del Campo, where the Palio horse race is run. The coach then goes to a family-run Chianti winery for a guided cellar tour and a tasting of six wines paired with artisanal olive oil. A traditional three-course Tuscan lunch follows, with cheeses, cured meats, Lasagne al Tartufo and ribollita. The day ends in San Gimignano, the UNESCO-listed hilltop town known as Medieval Manhattan. Two versions are sold. The full-day group tour includes Siena, the winery lunch and San Gimignano. The half-day group tour focuses on Chianti wineries and lunch.
