Skilpadvlei Farm
Skilpadvlei is named after the tortoises that lived in the vlei in the 1800s. The Joubert family has owned it since 1917, and fourth-generation Willie Joubert now runs the 78 ha working farm.
Neethlingshof Estate
Neethlingshof lies just outside Stellenbosch. Stone pines line the entrance avenue up to the estate's werf. The estate is more than 300 years old and has well restored Cape Dutch buildings.
