Ratings collected by Viator and Tripadvisor
San SebastianThe group never goes above 7 people, and a local guide keeps the day relaxed, informative and fun. It feels closer to a day with friends in wine country than to a standard tour. Three carefully chosen wineries make up the route, from classic producers to modern ones. The premium wines poured there cover both tradition and creativity. Lunch is at a much-loved rustic restaurant, with traditional Riojan cooking that has a modern touch, served with local wines.

Laguardia
Laguardia has narrow cobblestone streets and a medieval layout shaped like an almond. Its fortified walls enclose a network of underground tunnels once used as wine cellars.
Bodegas Ostatu S.L.
Ostatu is a family-owned winery in Samaniego, in Rioja Alavesa, with roots going back over 250 years. It occupies an 18th-century building that was once a country inn. The Sáenz de Samaniego family farms 40 hectares of Tempranillo, Graciano, Malvasia and other grapes, mixing traditional and modern methods.
Bodegas y Vinedos Gomez Cruzado
Bodega Gómez Cruzado, founded in 1886, is one of the oldest wineries in Haro's Barrio de la Estación. The family-owned bodega makes small-production wines focused on the vineyard. A guided tasting among barrels and tanks presents its signature wines and its view of Rioja Alta.
Bodegas Roda
Bodegas Roda stands next to the Barrio de la Estación in Haro, built over a former 19th-century underground cellar and designed to work with gravity. The visit goes through the cellar, then tastes Roda I red and Roda I white, along with the winery's olive oil.
Labastida
Lunch at a family-owned restaurant in Labastida, serving regional Riojan dishes made with fresh local ingredients. Lamb chops grilled on sarmiento stand out for their smoky taste. The setting is rustic and the food hearty and traditional.
