Small-Group Hunter Valley Wine Tour from Newcastle with Distillery and Lunch Stop
This day tour runs from Newcastle through the Hunter Valley, Australia's oldest wine region, with no more than 11 guests and door-to-door transport. Pick-up and drop-off are at your Newcastle address. The stops mix well-known Australian labels with family-run cellar doors, so each one pours something different. Venues can vary from tour to tour. The day includes: -Three seated wine tastings at cellar doors -A vodka and gin tasting from an artisan distillery -A paired tasting of local cheese, chocolate or small bites, to show how food shifts the flavour of wine -Lunch at 4 Pines at The Farm, à la carte and paid by guests, overlooking the vines -Guide commentary on the region's history, winemaking and local culture

Hungerford Hill Wines
Hungerford Hill has a wide list of wines to suit different tastes. The staff are known for their enthusiasm and knowledge, and the tasting works for seasoned drinkers and newcomers alike.
Small Mouth Vodka distillery tasting
Choose 8 tastings from flavoured vodkas, gins and liqueurs, some of them with glitter. Small Mouth Vodka is handcrafted from premium organic ingredients, with no preservatives and nothing artificial. It is carefully distilled and finishes long and smooth.
Audrey Wilkinson Vineyard
The cellar door sits on a foothill of the Brokenback Mountain Ranges, with 360 degree views. The premium seated tasting at Audrey Wilkinson lasts around 45 minutes. Guests can wander through the on-site winemaking museum in the original winery, which covers the Wilkinson family history and the heritage-awarded open cement vats, along with barrel and winemaking tools. Time is set aside for photos. All stops are subject to change in unforeseen circumstances.
Lunch at 4 Pines at The Farm
Lunch is at 4 Pines at The Farm, a taproom, bistro and cellar door with 600 square metres of Hunter Valley views. The bar has 12 taps, and the patio suits a glass of Semillon. The group eats al fresco under the pavilion, overlooking the vines. Lunch is not included in the tour.
Hunter Wine Lab
Hunter Wine Lab runs a hands-on tasting that pairs Hunter Valley wines with artisan chocolates. Guests see how wine and chocolate interact and learn about local varietals in a modern, relaxed setting.
