A certified sommelier leads this small-group day through Chianti Classico, built around three family-run wineries. It suits seasoned wine drinkers and beginners alike. Each winery brings the group into the vines and the cellar, and the sommelier explains what shapes a wine's style and quality and how to taste. The middle stop is a farm-to-table lunch at a second family winery, with food matched to the estate's wines. The day focuses on the land, the history and the people behind Chianti Classico, and it ends with a guided tasting of Sangiovese.
