San GimignanoA small family vineyard about one kilometre from San Gimignano, where the visit follows the winemaking process from grape to glass. The tour covers the history of the property and its grape varieties, the olive orchards and the wine cellar. A short introduction to Italian wine regulation comes before lunch, which is made with local products. The tasting pours four different wines produced on the estate, with a dessert wine to finish.
