  2. Hatzidakis Winery

    Hatzidakis Winery sits in the village of Pyrgos Kallistis, 330 meters above sea level, on the way to the Profiti Ilias monastery. Its building was constructed from the top down. Three of its wines are tasted here.

  3. Wine Museum Koutsogiannopoulos

    The Wine Museum in Mesa Gonia is built in a cave, a natural labyrinth eight meters underground and 300 meters long, the work of the Koutsogiannopoulos family over twenty-one years. It covers the winemaking stages: ploughing, harvesting, stomping and weighing the grapes, and the machinery from early days to today. The family's volcanic wines are tasted at the end.

  4. Sun Spirit Cocktail Bar

    The last stop is Sun Spirit Bar in Oia, one of the best places to watch the sunset. The wine is drunk here while the sun goes down into the sea.
