SantoriniThree traditional wineries spread across Santorini make up this half-day wine tour. Up to 12 different wines are poured along the way, made from grapes such as the indigenous Assyrtiko. The guide explains the island's viticulture, which produces some of the crispest whites and sweetest dessert wines in the Mediterranean. Between glasses there is a walk through a volcanic vineyard and a look around the cellars of the wineries. A platter of local cheese comes out to go with the wine.
