SantiagoSanta Rita is one of the best-known vineyards near Santiago and is classed as a Historical Monument. A guide leads the group through Centennial Park, the vineyards and the wineries, explaining how the wine is made. The tasting covers two Reserva wines and one Gran Reserva Santa Rita. A three-course lunch follows, served in the Maipo Valley. The Andean Museum closes the visit. Its collection holds more than 3,000 archaeological pieces from pre-Columbian cultures. There is also an option to cycle through the vineyards for anyone who prefers a more active outing. The day suits families, couples and groups of friends.
