Private Top 5 Wineries Day from Cape Town: Waterford, Spier, Delaire Graff, Boschendal
The operator's team selected five wineries across Stellenbosch, Franschhoek and Paarl after extensive research, with wine and views as the two criteria. Guests hear from the winemakers, follow each wine from cultivar to glass, and taste with a variety of cheeses and South African biltong. The tour is private, so the pace is set by the guests. Wine connoisseur or not, it suits anyone who likes a good glass of wine with a view.

Its wines are among the most awarded in the country and are served with food grown on the farm or by trusted nearby farmers. A hotel and conference facilities are on site.
Delaire Graff Estate
Delaire Graff's vineyards slope steeply on the crest of the Helshoogte Mountain Pass, cooled by an Atlantic sea breeze. The wines rank among the most prestigious in the Southern Hemisphere. They include claret-style reds, whites, a rosé and a sparkling Brut, and the estate has reached First Growth status in South Africa.
