  1. Exo Gonia

The tour begins at Art Space, a wine museum and art gallery set in old volcanic caves. It is one of the oldest, most traditional wineries on Santorini. A guide leads the walk through the cave winery, local artwork hangs along the way, and the tasting is of organic wines.

  2. Estate Argyros

Next is Argyros Estate. A guide takes you through the vineyard and cellars, then pours the estate's Assyrtiko and Vinsanto.

  3. Anhydrous Winery

The last stop is Anhydrous Winery, a modern Santorini producer of volcanic wines. A guided tasting of local varieties is held in a stylish setting.
