The tasting is private and takes place in a rustic farmhouse on the estate, with panoramic views of vineyards and olive groves. It covers organic wines, extra virgin olive oils and balsamic vinegar, all from the estate. The hosts explain their biodynamic and sustainable farming, and the passion behind their production. From the farmhouse, the medieval towers of San Gimignano are in view. A member of the family welcomes guests in person. The focus stays on the quality of the wine and olive oil, served with simple homemade snacks that bring out their flavors.
