FranschhoekA specialist wine guide leads the tastings of award-winning wines at award-winning wineries. The estates are big, shaded by oak trees, with mountains above valleys. The tour runs for a full day or half a day along the principal route of the Cape Winelands and covers the towns of Stellenbosch, Franschhoek or Paarl. Expect fine wines, good food and views. Guests tell the operator which wines they prefer, and the day is planned around that.
