This private day from Porto comes with a private vehicle, a dedicated guide and your own pace. It visits three carefully selected wineries, from family-owned estates to renowned producers, so each stop shows a different winemaking tradition. Every winery comes with a guided tasting of Douro and port wines. Lunch is traditional and served at one of the wineries, among the vineyards. The Douro is the world's oldest demarcated wine region. The vehicle and guide are yours alone, while the vineyards and other stops may be shared with other visitors.

Porto
Your private guide meets you in Porto, and a private vehicle takes you toward the Douro Valley. On the way the guide covers the history, culture and traditions of one of the world's oldest demarcated wine regions.

A stop at a viewpoint over the Douro Valley, with terraced vineyards below and a chance for panoramic photos.
Douro River
The road follows the Douro River, one of Portugal's most scenic routes, past vineyards and villages.
Pinhao
The first winery is one of the carefully selected estates. It shows traditional winemaking techniques and pours a guided tasting of Douro and port wines.
Lamego
A second Douro winery shows a different style of wine production and the distinct character of its wines.
Peso Da Regua
A renowned winery near Peso da Régua serves a traditional lunch of regional dishes, with guided tastings among the vineyards.
Porto
The scenic drive back to Porto closes the day.

- This tour is done in a private vehicle only with your private guide. The vineyards and rest of the locations are shared with other participants.
- For lunch, meat, fish, vegan and vegetarian options are provided.
- Reschedulings with less than 24 hours before the start of the tour will be charged a 30% fee (subject to availability).
- Booking other activities for the end of the tour is not recommended. Although the tour may last 9/10 hours, the duration may vary depending on traffic conditions and other factors.
- Please be aware that the activities visited, such as vineyards, restaurants, etc, are subject to 3rd party availability and other groups/participants may be with your group during the experience.
- Schedules and Itinerary may change without prior notice.
- Infants or childrens must be booked as an individual adult/place. Prices shown are per group/vehicle.
- Please make sure that you have breakfast. Keep in mind that the first activity will probably be the only stop, so there may not be time for a pit stop before arriving at the first vineyard.
