Private Douro Tour with Accredited Guide: Boutique Winery and Pinhão Lunch Stop
This Douro Valley tour has private transport and an experienced local guide for one group, who covers the region's history and culture on the way. The winery is a boutique one. The visit explains how the wine is made and ends with tastings of premium Port and DOC Douro wines. In Pinhão there is a stop for a traditional Portuguese lunch at a local restaurant, paid separately. A one-hour river cruise, which shows the landscape shaped over centuries by people and nature, is not included in the price. The winery visits and the cruise are not fully private and are open to other participants. The group is back in Porto around 17:00.

Quinta do Cume
An accredited guide drives the group to Quinta do Cume, given as an example (other wineries may be visited depending on availability). A local guide leads the winery visit and explains wine production. The tasting that follows takes place outdoors, overlooking the vines.
Pinhao
A lunch stop at a local restaurant serving typical Portuguese food, paid separately.
Douro River
The Douro River is the backdrop to the valley throughout the wine tour. The one-hour river cruise is not included in the price.
Peso Da Regua
On the way out of the valley the route passes Peso da Régua, its most populated city and once an important center of wine trade. The Museum of Douro is a local attraction.
