This private day trip runs from Paris to Burgundy, France's premier wine region. The accompaniment adapts to the guest, whether a casual amateur or a serious collector. The day is meant to make Burgundy's wines easier to follow: a map read in the vineyard, simple and clear explanations of winemaking in the cellar, and the history of the region's wines from the Roman Empire to today. Tastings pair wine with cheese. A professional guide and driver look after the day and handle special requests where they can.
