Private Burgundy Day: Two Family Estates and Clos de Vougeot, Pickup in Dijon or Beaune

The day opens with visits and tastings at two artisanal, family-run estates, where the producers show the craft behind some of the region's better wines. Between estates there is a pause among the vineyards of the Côte de Beaune and the Côte de Nuits, with a look at the terroir that gives Burgundy wines their name. Free time at midday goes to lunch at a traditional restaurant serving regional specialties. The meal is not included and is paid on site. The last stop is Clos de Vougeot, a historic château and a symbol of Burgundy's winemaking heritage, with its vineyards, cellars and history. The tour is private, with pickup at your hotel in Dijon or Beaune.
