A local guide designs each of these private tours around the group's wine preferences, with a focus on off-the-beaten-path and lesser-known wineries. Guests say what they want from their time in Wine Country and the guide arranges the rest. A six-hour tour generally covers three wineries and a stop for lunch. Bottled water, snacks, local insight and the knowledge of an experienced guide are included, and the guide takes photos on the guest's phone or camera during the day. The group has up to seven guests.
