Jimmy's Marlborough Wine Tour: Organic Vineyards, Boutique Cellars, Blenheim Pickup
Marlborough wine has only come into its own over a short span of years. Jimmy has worked in the local industry for 20 years, in viticulture, the cellar and sales, and as a wine tutor. He knows the business from every side, and his industry contacts help guests look behind the label. The day follows his picks of boutique and organic producers, with lunch at a winery of your choice.

Look for a red Mercedes E 350 and wait under the Clock tower.
Clos Henri Vineyard
A boutique tasting room owned by a renowned Sancerre producer, set in a historic colonial church of Kauri timber. It overlooks organic vineyards, which the tour drives through on the way.
Rock Ferry Wines
An organic vineyard around a tasting room and restaurant among the vines. The tasting fee is covered. Lunch is at the guest's cost.
Bladen Wines
A very small artisan winery, established and run by one family.
Huia Vineyards
A small boutique winery making a wide range of wines from organically certified grapes.
Saint Clair Family Estate Vineyard Kitchen
Lunch is taken at one of Saint Clair, the Wine Kitchen, Allan Scott, Cloudy Bay or Wither Hills, at your choice.
