  • To participate in this tour, you must have good physical condition and prior experience in riding a bicycle. Before departure, a short test ride will be conducted: those who are unable to ride the bicycle safely will not be allowed to take part in the tour. In such cases, no refund will be provided for the missed experience.
  • The minimum height required to ride the electric bikes is 150 cm (4'11"), and the minimum age to participate in the tour is 14 years.
  • It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes suitable for cycling. During the summer season, the use of hats, sunglasses, and sunscreen is advised.
  • All participants must carefully follow the guide’s instructions and obey traffic regulations. The organization is not responsible for any accidents resulting from reckless behavior or failure to comply with safety rules.
  • Electric bikes require a minimum level of coordination and riding skills. It is essential to be able to handle the weight of the bike, especially when going downhill.
  • In the event of voluntary withdrawal from the tour before its completion, a €30 contribution per person will be charged to cover the logistical and operational costs associated with bicycle recovery and service reorganization.
  • Please note that, in the event of voluntary withdrawal from the tour, no return transportation will be provided by the operator, nor will any taxi or shuttle service be arranged. Participants who choose to leave the tour early will be responsible for arranging their own return transportation.
