Grape Tours Chianti Day from Florence: 2 Organic Wineries, Dario Cecchini Lunch

This day trip goes just south of Florence, to a countryside known for wine, olive oil, cheese and meat. Two organic wineries, each different from the other, make up the wine part of the day. The Grape Tours guide explains terroir, shows how Chianti and Chianti Classico are made, and teaches how to tell the wines in the glass apart. Lunch is at the famous butcher Dario Cecchini, a feast of traditional dishes and steak. A stop in Greve in Chianti leaves time for a stroll. Groups are limited to 8 people.
