Chianti Classico Hiking Day from Florence: 7 km Walk, 3 Organic Wineries and Lunch
A small-group walking day for people who like the outdoors and wine. The route covers 7 km on foot through Chianti Classico, among vineyards and olive groves close enough to touch, and stops at three organic wineries on the way. The pace is easy. Tastings are the point of the stops: more than 10 wines, two extra virgin olive oils, and salami and cheese. A family-style lunch is part of the day. The experience is built to be sustainable, and the walking means a day in Chianti Classico without a bus between the vineyards.
