Cheese and Wine Pairing Session in a Dijon Vaulted Cellar: One Hour, Groups Under Six

The wines come from small family producers. By the end of the hour, guests can answer four questions: which cheese goes with which wine, why Burgundy wines are so famous, what kinds of wine Burgundy produces, and how wine is made. The session is run by a local guide who specializes in wine. Groups have fewer than six people, and the wines can be bought after the tasting. Everything happens in Dijon, with no vineyard visit.
