Small Group Half-Day Champagne Tour from Reims: Two Small Growers, Morning or Afternoon
This small-group half day in Champagne runs from Reims train station, not from Paris. Departures are 9am to 1pm or 2pm to 6pm, and the tour is in English only with a minimum of 2 people. The first visit is a Premier Cru producer. The process is explained and three different Champagnes are tasted. The afternoon departure adds Hautvillers, the village where Dom Pérignon is buried and where he worked on Champagne. A viewpoint over the vineyards gives a chance for photos. The second visit is a Premier or Grand Cru producer, shorter, with another three Champagnes to taste. Both producers are in villages outside Reims, among the vines.

Pickup is at Reims train station, not in Paris. Address: Cour de la Gare, 51100 Reims. The van waits in front of the small tourist office, on the right as you leave the station: a black Mercedes minivan marked Sparkling Tour.
