Small Group Champagne Day from Reims or Épernay Station: Estate Lunch, Champagne Pairing
The guide meets the group at 11:15 am at Reims or Épernay train station, and the group is back in Reims by 5:30 pm. The drive passes along Épernay's Avenue de Champagne, lined with historic estates, and crosses UNESCO-listed vineyards. Hautvillers comes next: a walk through the village where Dom Pérignon is buried, with a viewpoint over the vines. The centre of the day is lunch at a local Champagne estate, with a selection of Champagnes poured alongside. Dietary restrictions should be mentioned at booking. The last visit is a family-owned Champagne house, where the winemaking process is shown up close.

Meet outside Reims centre train station, in front of the tourist office. Arrive at least 5 minutes before departure. Reims has two tourist offices. The meeting point is the one at the train station, not the one by the cathedral.
Avenue de Champagne
Drive along the Avenue de Champagne and see one of its most prestigious houses.
Hautvillers
A walk through Hautvillers, where Dom Pérignon is buried, with a viewpoint for photos of the vineyards.
Champagne estate lunch, Aÿ
Lunch at a Champagne estate, served with a selection of Champagnes. Dietary restrictions and allergies can be accommodated, but must be mentioned at booking.
