Pressoria is a hands-on visit built for all audiences, from complete beginners to people who already know their champagne. The format is a modern take on the winery tour, meant to work for children and adults alike. The course is sensory and works on all five senses. Geology, climate, the hidden life of the vines, harvest, champagne making and effervescence are each turned into something to see, touch and try, rather than read on a panel. The ticket includes a tasting of two champagnes or grape juice at the end.

Pressoria
Pressoria sits at the foot of the UNESCO-listed historic hillsides in Aÿ-Champagne, inside a former pressing center of Maison Pommery. The interactive course is followed at your own pace and treats champagne through the five senses: geology, climate, the hidden side of the vines, harvest, champagne making and effervescence. The visit closes with a tasting of two champagnes or grape juice, with a view over the vineyard. Next door, the restaurant Instant Terroir extends Pressoria with seasonal local cooking, at the foot of the vines.
