Chianti Half-Day Wine Tour from Florence by Air-Conditioned Coach, Two Estates, Five Hours

This half-day excursion from Florence runs five hours by air-conditioned coach and stops at two wine estates in Chianti. At both, guests taste Chianti wine and local products, artisanal olive oil among them. The first stop is a small countryside winery. An afternoon snack of local specialties is served, local wines are tasted, and a tour of the winery explains how the wine is made. The second estate pours wines produced on site, and the owners explain their winemaking methods and how to taste wine like a sommelier. Before the return to Florence, the coach stops at a scenic viewpoint over the Chianti hills. Note: the wine tasting is conducted in English by winery staff.
